2. NATURE OF CONTENT

The Platform allows publication of ads by advertiser users intended exclusively for adults.

Published content is informative and advertising in nature, and is the advertiser's sole responsibility.

TopPasion does not create or edit published content, and is limited to offering a technical service of hosting and dissemination.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user who publishes content declares and guarantees that:

• They are over 18 years old
• They are the legitimate holder of published content
• They have express consent from persons appearing in such content
• The published information is truthful and not misleading
• Their content complies with applicable legislation

The user will be solely responsible for any damage, claim, or liability arising from published content.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Publication of content that includes or refers to the following is strictly prohibited:

4.1 Minors

• Any content that directly or indirectly involves minors
• Representations, simulations, or characterizations of minors
• Content that may create reasonable doubt about legal age

The Platform applies zero tolerance, with immediate removal and possible reporting to authorities.

4.2 Human trafficking and exploitation

• Content suggesting control, coercion, or exploitation
• Ads managed by third parties without the holder's consent
• Organized networks or indications of non-autonomous activity

4.3 Illegal or criminal content

• Activities contrary to law
• Fraud, scam, or identity theft
• Use of third-party data without authorization

4.4 Violent or degrading content

• Explicit or implicit violence
• Humiliation, abuse, or degrading treatment
• Incitement to hatred or discrimination

4.5 Non-permitted explicit content

To maintain a legal environment compliant with regulations:

• Publication of full nudity images is not allowed
• Images of genitals, explicit sexual acts, or pornography are not allowed
• Graphic representations of sexual acts are not allowed

Suggestive or advertising content is allowed within reasonable limits, provided it is not explicit.

4.6 Drugs and substances

• Consumption, promotion, or reference to illegal drugs
• Use of alcohol or substances in an inappropriate context

4.7 Misleading or manipulated content

• Fake photos or third-party photos
• Misleadingly edited images
• Use of content without rights

4.8 Spam and manipulation

• Abusive use of keywords
• Repetitive or duplicate posting
• Attempts to manipulate positioning

5. IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

Published images must:

• Be real, current, and owned by the advertiser
• Show only persons of legal age
• Not contain prohibited explicit elements
• Not include third-party watermarks
• Not include visible personal data such as phone numbers, addresses, or documents

TopPasion may request additional proof of authenticity.

6. CONTENT AND USER VERIFICATION

To ensure Platform security:

• TopPasion may require identity verification
• May request official documents such as ID card or passport
• May request selfies or other verification evidence

Refusal to cooperate may imply non-publication or removal of content.

7. MODERATION AND CONTROL

The Platform may apply automated and manual review systems.

TopPasion reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject content
• Classify or relocate ads
• Remove content at any time

8. REPORTING SYSTEM

Users may report content they consider inappropriate or illegal.

TopPasion will analyze such notices and may:

• Remove the content
• Suspend accounts
• Report facts to competent authorities

9. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Failure to comply with this Policy may imply:

• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Definitive profile cancellation
• Loss of contracted services without right to refund

10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

TopPasion shall not be responsible for user-published content.

However, it will act diligently to remove unlawful content once it has effective knowledge of it.

11. POLICY MODIFICATION

TopPasion reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
