COMPLAINT PROCEDURE AND CONTENT REMOVAL
TopPasion provides users with mechanisms to report the existence of content that may be unlawful, inappropriate, or contrary to these conditions.
Notices may be submitted through channels enabled on the Platform or through the contact details indicated in the Legal Notice.
The notice should include, as far as possible, identification of the affected content, a description of the complaint reason, and any additional relevant information allowing proper assessment.
TopPasion does not carry out exhaustive prior control of user-published content. However, when it has effective knowledge of unlawful or non-compliant content, it will act diligently for analysis and, where appropriate, removal or blocking.
TopPasion reserves the right to request additional information, as well as to adopt the measures it deems necessary, including content removal or suspension of the associated account.
Likewise, it may cooperate with competent authorities when necessary for investigation of possible unlawful activities.
IMAGE RIGHTS AND REMOVAL REQUEST
Any person who considers that content published on the Platform violates their rights, including image rights, privacy, or intellectual property, may request its removal.
To do so, they must provide sufficient information to identify the content, as well as, where possible, prove their identity or legal standing.
TopPasion will analyze the request and may require additional information before adopting a decision.
REVIEW OF DECISIONS
In case of disagreement with the adopted resolution, the user may provide additional information for reconsideration.
TopPasion reserves the right to maintain, modify, or reverse the adopted decision based on available information.
